Steam - Use a rice cooker or put them in a pan with a perforated insert.(do not immerse them in water).

Microwave - You can warm them in the bag they come in for about 3 to 5 minutes then flip the bag and repeat until warm. Or wrap them in a moist paper towel and heat them 30 seconds to 1 minute then flip and repeat until warm.

Oven - You would wrap them in a moist paper towel and wrap them in tin foil.

The main goal is to keep them moist no matter the cooking method.
